I was happy to accept the invitation of GHK Management Consulting GmbH, Dr. Andreas Dahmen, to the special premises of the DPG, German Parliamentary Association, opposite the Federal Chancellery. Dr. Ulrich Müller, speaker of the management of our outsourcing partner operational services GmbH & Co. KG, gave a keynote speech on the topic of "Optimizing business performance through the use of cloud services" and, alternating with Dr. Dahmen, discussed with the attendants twelve theses on the digitalization of business processes. Many impulses were set and various discussions were stimulated starting from the use of AI such as #ChatGPT to public vs. private cloud and #outsourcing to the efficient use of ERP systems in combination with a DWH and consolidation tool. Of course, by taking also the example of the favorite customer.

All participants agreed on one point – it still needs to be worked on the quota of women 😉. Many thanks for the invitation, a very successful event - the networking already brought some points of contact for the daily business in the short bilateral discussions that followed.
