Most of our projects in retail had in common that digitisation in the course of globalisation has led to exponential growth of the business. Accordingly, our projects focused on commercial business processes and the associated implementation of an ERP system.

Existing resources can accordingly be used more diversely and efficiently, and the companies themselves can be organized and set up in line with the speed of the industry. Clearly defined responsibilities, logically aligned processes and clearly structured data also lead to a clear competitive advantage in this industry.

Our approach, especially in the retail sector, is based on a holistic approach that combines IT, financial and operational commercial business processes. We have been able to successfully implement this in previous projects by managing the company transformation not only in terms of concept and planning, but also operationally. It is important that employees are involved in the adaptation of the individual topics and are actively involved in communication.
