The individual steps within each departmental process are the main focus: Where do employees identify inefficient process steps? What issues exist within the current business model or systems—for example, in maintaining data across systems that do not communicate with each other? What are your employees’ expectations for how future processes should function? Through carefully conducted interviews, we gain a comprehensive understanding.
